Project Y is a digital initiative developed by a group of students from the College of Arts, Media and Technology (CAMT), Chiang Mai University, as part of the 954430 Digital Business Ecosystem course. The purpose of this project is to create a practical and informative webpage that helps CAMT students understand and navigate the insurance process more effectively. Applying for student insurance or filing an insurance claim can often be confusing due to a lack of clear information. To address this issue, Project Y provides an easy-to-understand platform that guides users step-by-step through the insurance application and claim processes. Whether students are applying for insurance for the first time or submitting a claim after an incident, the platform ensures that every step is clearly outlined and accessible. In addition to the step-by-step instructions, the website also includes: • A simplified map of the necessary offices involved in the process (floor operations), • Visual aids and guidance to help students locate the relevant departments, • Contact details and necessary documents required for each step. Our team is made up of five international students who collaborated to design, develop, and present this project:
• Dung Viet Luu (Student ID: 662115518)
• Yanqiu Hou (Student ID: 662115538)
• Yunyu Chen (Student ID: 662115540)
• Thaw Tar Moe Myint (Student ID: 662115531)
• Htoo Pyae Sone (Student ID: 662115521)
Throughout this project, we have been under the valuable supervision of Ajarn Napaporn Reweerakul (อาจารย์นภาพร รีวีระกุล), who provided continuous guidance and support. Her expertise in the digital business field has been instrumental in shaping the direction and success of Project Y. We hope this platform will serve as a useful resource for all CAMT students and make insurance related processes smoother and more accessible.
